HR Service Benefits Specialist

Job Summary
Benefits Specialist on the HR Services Team for North America supporting benefits-related integration and post-go-live administration. You will execute benefits vendor and system setup tasks, coordinate data needs and issue resolution with partners and vendors, assist with testing (UAT) and open enrollment, handle escalations, and provide day-to-day administration for Health & Welfare, Leave of Absences, 401(k) and pension programs. The role includes preparing associate-facing communications, ensuring compliance guidance, and driving continuous improvement in standard work. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR/benefits experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and Workday; familiarity with ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, and related regulations is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of HR experience, including benefits and/or HR operations experience
- Experience supporting benefits administration processes (Health & Welfare and/or Leave of Absence administration and/or 401(k) administration) and partnering with vendors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Workday and comfort working across multiple HR systems / case management tools
