Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for engaging with hiring managers to shape role profiles and candidate specifications, creating candidate and agency briefings, and guiding offers. Partners on labor market and channel analyses to align with recruitment strategy, supports recruitment marketing, develops sourcing strategies, and mentors teammates. Builds candidate experience improvements, contributes to annual recruitment planning, and fosters inclusion and diversity. ASML policies govern offers and candidate care.
Required Qualifications
- Specialized knowledge of talent acquisition methods, techniques and processes
- Proficiency with talent acquisition tools and context
- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders in process
- Experience contributing to annual recruitment plans
- Pre-screening for senior management and executive roles
- Mentoring team members in offers and candidate experience
