Job Summary

Senior HR leader partnering with senior executives in the Mobility Business Solutions organization; provides strategic business partnering across Change Management, Organization Design, Talent and Development, Succession Planning, Total Rewards and Employee Relations, and Leadership Partnering. Guides executives on people strategies, coaches teams through transformation, collaborates with shared services on people topics, drives engagement and retention, leads cultural integration, and executes core annual people processes in a global context. Brings deep experience in matrix organizations, employment law across jurisdictions, executive coaching, organizational design, and data-driven workforce planning to enable future-ready capabilities and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in similar industries with background in consulting or HR business partnering within a matrix organization
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
  • High-level understanding of employment law across multiple jurisdictions with global remit and strong business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, highly matrixed global organizations and influence without formal authority
  • Strong collaboration and consultative skills, comfortable engaging with experts across the organization to deliver projects and workplans
  • Experience working with diverse leadership styles and communicating succinctly with senior executives
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills with ability to create, manipulate, and leverage complex global data dashboards
  • Experience leading cultural integration initiatives within large-scale organizational transformations or merger and acquisition activities (preferred)
  • Advanced expertise in organizational design methodologies and strategic workforce planning tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms
  • Proven track record in executive coaching and leadership development with experience supporting executives and senior leadership teams through complex business changes
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience driving cross-functional initiatives across distributed global teams and delivering measurable synergy savings or cost-effectiveness targets
