Job Summary
Rewards Intern in the HR team in Eindhoven, contributing to project-based activities to support employee rewards program introductions and/or delivery, and supporting data-based decisions on Rewards topics. Learn about the rewards domain and International Mobility, with opportunities to gain exposure to annual report support, pay range creation, pay gap analysis, vendor selection, and process improvement initiatives. The internship emphasizes continuous learning, mentoring, and international exposure within Signify’s HR Rewards program, with an emphasis on hands-on data handling and analytics, and requires 6 months availability. The role offers onboarding, mentoring, and integration into an inclusive, globally distributed HR team in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Studying towards a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or International Studies
- Proven interest in HR/International Studies through previous experiences
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
- Strong analytical and data-based skills
- Excel / data handling
- Available for 6 months
