HR - Rewards and Benefits Intern

Job Summary
Research and map employee benefits across Serco EU countries, accounting for local labour law and market practice. Liaise with in-country stakeholders to validate data, then build a consolidated, country-by-country overview for comparison and reporting. Benchmark each package against local sector averages to identify gaps, risks, and competitive advantages. Work with the People and Culture Director to develop recommendations and prepare a final summary report and presentation. This internship supports the People & Culture team in enhancing benefits to ensure employees feel valued and supported across international organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources into clear comparisons
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage a multi-country data collection and mapping project independently
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint (or equivalent) for data mapping and reporting
