Job Summary
Provide HR support to distribution centers and regional offices across the country, implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business. Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates; drive initiatives to improve site climate and culture; conduct internal investigations; ensure compliance with regulations, policies and HR procedures; administer audits; train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment; provide feedback and coaching to managers; assist with staffing, succession planning and associate programs; understand compensation and benefits concepts; administer annual EOS processes; enter and maintain data in HRMS; manage performance processes; engage with leaders to deliver strategic counsel and advisory services in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree required or equivalent 4 years experience
