Job Summary
Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals while serving as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates. Drive site climate and culture initiatives, conduct internal investigations, and ensure compliance with regulations and audit activities. Train management on interviewing, hiring, terminations, and performance reviews; provide feedback and coaching to managers. Assist with staffing, succession planning, and the annual EOS process. Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system and administer performance management activities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment. DHL Supply Chain offers a national salary range of $55,000 - $90,000, with specific regional adjustments for California, Washington, New York, and Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree required or equivalent 4 years experience, required
- English/Spanish Bilingual Preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a CDL
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
