Job Summary
On-site HR role supporting recruiting and onboarding for designated business units in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include creating, posting, and maintaining job postings; reviewing resumes; conducting phone/virtual screens; coordinating interviews and candidate travel; assisting with onboarding and offboarding; maintaining HR data; and collaborating with leaders and HR partners. Requires strong organization and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in HR/recruiting/HR operations are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of related HR, recruiting, or HR operations experience preferred
- Recruiting experience (technical recruiting a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative, meets commitments, and drives work to completion
