Job Summary
HR Representative and Student Liaison responsibilities include providing administrative support for HR programs such as talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, employee/labor relations, leave of absence, employee health, training and student learner programs; assist managers/employees with HR policies and procedures; maintain confidential employee records; coordinate onboarding and bi-weekly New Employee Orientation; support LMS maintenance and staff training tracking; assist with benefits enrollment and compliance; foster positive relationships with staff, students, and managers; handle inquiries and direct to appropriate HR resources; maintain accurate documents and facilitate efficient HR processes; collaborate on committee work and special HR projects; ensure regulatory and policy compliance while upholding Summit Pacific values.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related field
- Two (2) years of related administrative experience
- HR experience in healthcare preferred
- PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred
