Job Summary
HR Reporting and Analytics Manager responsible for managing HR data and analytics to deliver actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. Oversee data collection, validation, and governance across platforms; develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports; partner with HR leadership, HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders to align analytics with business goals and workforce planning; drive adoption of advanced analytics and predictive insights; ensure compliance with governance and privacy standards; lead and mentor the HR Reporting and Analytics team to foster innovation and collaboration; proficient use of HR systems and analytics tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and Tableau.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR reporting, data analytics, and data management within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors), data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data governance practices
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, communicate insights effectively, and align reporting strategies with business objectives
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment
