HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist/ Personalcontrolling (m/w/d)

HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist responsible for managing reporting requirements from capture and prioritization to design and preparation of HR reports. Includes data preparation, report design, and development of standard HR reports as well as ad-hoc analyses and forecasts using Workday, ASES, and QLIK. Involves participation in HR KPI projects and potential project leadership. Requires a technical and/or business education (HTL or degree, e.g., economics informatics) and experience with reporting systems; ideally includes SQL knowledge. Emphasizes strong ownership, adaptability, good communication, and GDPR awareness.
