HR Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and manage HR reports in SuccessFactors using the Report Center to track key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and compensation. Enhance reporting processes by automating SuccessFactors reports to reduce manual effort while ensuring timely delivery. Provide ad hoc analytics support by responding to on-demand requests from HR stakeholders and validate data accuracy through collaboration with HRIS and Finance teams. Maintain Power BI dashboards by integrating visualizations of workforce analytics derived from SuccessFactors data. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and essential proficiency in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience working with SuccessFactors reporting tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on data accuracy
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, and Finance teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Experience with HR data management and data quality initiatives
- Knowledge of key HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, tenure, and related workforce analytics
