HR Relationship Manager, India and UK, AVP

HR Relationship Manager, AVP for India and UK responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to leadership and people managers, covering recruitment, performance management, talent development, and compensation policy implementation. Lead employee relations, ER process management, and governance with local oversight of workforce planning. Collaborate with HR colleagues across DB Group to support APAC and UK regions, drive organizational change and restructuring initiatives, and support learning needs aligned with the Global Learning team. Demonstrate relationship-building with stakeholders across locations, and ability to partner with HR vendors and structure contractual agreements. Proficient in presenting to management with concise research and inquiry, and able to analyze People Analytics/HR data and apply counselling and conflict-resolution skills.
