Job Summary
HR Relationship Manager, AVP with dual responsibility for DWS India and DWS UK HR strategy and operations. Advises leadership teams and people managers on recruitment, performance management, talent development, and compensation; collaborates across HR product and country teams to deliver services, supports organizational change projects and restructurings, and provides employee relations guidance. Partners with HR peers across APAC and UK regions to enable a sustainable high-performance workforce, oversee workforce planning, and support training needs analysis aligned with the Global Learning team. Strong relationship-building capabilities across locations, stakeholder management, and proficiency in data-driven HR insights (People Analytics) and Excel are essential; experience in vendor management and contractual agreements, and solid knowledge of employment law and policy compliance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Min 4-6+ years relevant HR Business Partner/Advisory experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across locations
- Strong MS Excel skills and comfortable with analysing and interpreting People Analytics / HR data
- Ability to partner and manage relationships with new and existing HR vendors and structure contractual agreements accordingly
- Knowledge of employment legislation and how to manage employee relations matters in accordance with policy & law
Desired Qualifications
