Job Summary
Manage all central HR themes, including sourcing new employees from job posting creation to hiring decisions, and support staff throughout their employment lifecycle by drafting contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents. Serve as the primary contact for external payroll administration while administering digital time tracking and leave management systems. Plan training and development measures, mentor apprentices, and continuously optimize HR processes such as compensation systems and digital workflows. Generate personnel metrics and coordinate occupational safety initiatives. Work part-time (20–25 hours weekly) in a family-owned truck rental company leading the mobility sector.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich mit einem möglichst breit gefächerten Aufgabenbereich
- Erfahrung im Recruiting sowie im professionellen Bewerbermanagement
- Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Ein empathisches Auftreten
- Diskretion
- ein hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit
Desired Qualifications
- Eine Weiterbildung im Personalbereich (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau, Personalreferent/in oder vergleichbar) sowie die Ausbildereignung
