Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles, managing high-volume hiring, coordinating recruitment lifecycle, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring compliance documentation is handled. The role supports onboarding processes and acts as a liaison for employee engagement activities.
