HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary
Temporary HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR operations during maternity leave coverage; remote contract for 1-2 months; responsibilities include reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate communications, postings, onboarding coordination, HR admin, trackers, reporting, and general administrative support for HR and recruitment in a remote, U.S.-based context. Must be able to work independently in a remote setup and coordinate with a U.S.-based team during PST hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR support, talent coordination, administrative support, or virtual assistant work with a strong operations focus
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients, executives, or teams
- Strong background in recruitment coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and professional communication
- Comfortable handling a mix of HR, admin, and operations-related tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Able to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and follow-through
- Nice to have: experience supporting accounting, finance, audit, or other professional services hiring
- Work set-up: Remote; Temporary contract role; Training and overlap period before coverage begins; Must be available during PST hours that allow smooth coordination with a U.S.-based team
