HR Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary
Manage a full-cycle recruitment pipeline including sourcing, reviewing applications, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and negotiating compensation. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, employment agencies, and business unit hiring managers to strengthen recruitment efforts and deliver superior service. Build collaborative partnerships to support the credit union's strategic goals and enhance its image. May be assigned additional duties in payroll, employee relations, benefits, and onboarding. Work a hybrid schedule after training at the Administrative Service Center in Live Oak, TX. Requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, one year of HR experience, and proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines
- Knowledge of best recruitment practices and procedures
- Must be able and willing to commute to work location at: 1 IKEA-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233
- Must be able to multi-task
