HR Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary
Manage a full-cycle recruitment pipeline including sourcing, reviewing applications, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and negotiating compensation for various positions within the credit union. Develop relationships with community organizations and employment agencies while building collaborative ties with business units and hiring managers to deliver superior service. May be assigned additional HR duties such as payroll, employee relations, benefits, and on-boarding. This role supports the strategic goals of RBFCU, the largest credit union in Texas, and requires a hybrid schedule with potential travel to Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, or Corpus Christi.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines
- Knowledge of best recruitment practices and procedures
- Must be able and willing to commute to work location at: 1 IKEA-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233
- Must be able to multi-task

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in recruitment processes
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
