Job Summary
HR/Recruiting Assistant to source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles; manage onboarding and orientations; handle employee relations and HR policy compliance; support labor-law compliance, immigration/sponsorship, and audits; contribute to HR projects. Requires 3-5 years of HR/recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS. Hybrid work arrangement: first 6 months in office, then options for 1+ remote days, with typical 3 days in office ongoing. Focus on recruiting technical mid/senior/executive level candidates (programmers, data scientists, data analysts) and collaboration with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus)
- Proven experience as a recruiter and HR generalist in a tech or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HRIS software and applicant tracking systems
- Highly organized with attention to detail
