Job Summary
Source candidates for full-cycle recruitment using portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, Shine, and Indeed while managing the pipeline in an ATS. Screen, interview, and assess candidates via face-to-face, video, telephone, and competency-based methods to attract top talent. Coordinate interviews and develop new client relationships to ensure clients hire and retain the best employees. Maintain proficiency with HR databases, CMS, and HRIS systems. Requires 6 months to 3 years of permanent recruitment experience, own laptop with WiFi, and typing speed of 30 WPM.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 6 Months to 3 years of hardcore recruitment experience
- full-cycle recruiting experience in CV Sourcing, Talent Search, Interview Coordination, and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees
- Must have own Laptop, WiFi, and Smart Phone
- Schooling 10th and 12th must be from n reputed school, Preferably from an English medium school
- Graduation from a reputed institution preferably in the field related to study of computers
- Must have worked as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Work experience duration must be between 6 Months to 3 Years as a recruiter
- Excellent Typing Skills on Laptops (Minimum 30 words per minute & 98% above accuracy)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Face to Face, Video, Telephone, Competency-based, Stress, Technical etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Must have Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills
