Develop staffing strategies, build hiring processes from temporary to executive placement, and streamline staffing systems with reporting and analysis. Source candidates through networking, referrals, and college relations while managing job fairs and internship programs. Post jobs on internal and external platforms, screen applicants, coordinate testing and verification, and extend contingent offers. Manage relocation and immigration responsibilities, conduct background checks, and oversee new employee orientation. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources and two years of recruiting experience; SHRM certification preferred. Some travel is expected.
