Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment using ATS and Zoho Recruit to drive quick and efficient hiring processes. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit while maintaining accurate records and pipelines. Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and implement innovative sourcing strategies. Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize hiring outcomes. This remote position requires proven experience as an HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in urgent recruitment processes and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Experience with quick-hire/urgent recruitment processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (preferred)
