HR Recruiter

Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions, including job posting, sourcing, application review, interview coordination, and offer extension. Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and community partnerships to build a diverse talent pipeline. Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain all applicant documentation in accordance with EEOC and OFCCP compliance. Represent the company at local job fairs, career events, and industry networking functions while traveling regularly to operational sites and mine facilities. Partner with workforce development agencies, community colleges, and tribal organizations to promote employment opportunities at Milford Mining. Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process and support new hire onboarding, including orientations and employee recognition programs. Full-time, non-exempt role with occasional evening or weekend hours for events.
