Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment across schools, training programs, and professional organizations. Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, review applications, and present qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with pre-employment screening and license verification. Manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate records, and facilitate workflows from screening to onboarding. Coordinate new hire orientation, monitor recruitment metrics, and provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of related experience
- high school plus 3-5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience
- ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
