Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting across a healthcare organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, onboarding candidates, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Proactively source diverse and passive candidates, develop innovative sourcing strategies, review applications, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding. Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, schools, alumni groups, and professional organizations; assist with job postings; participate in job fairs and community outreach; track recruitment metrics and generate reports. Ensure compliance and maintain accurate candidate and employee records in ATS/HRIS; handle reference checks and background screenings; contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes. Requires 2+ years of recruiting/HR experience, proficiency with ATS/HRIS (ADP and Indeed preferred), strong communication, organization, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Healthcare experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; ADP and Indeed preferred
- Strong communication skills, including handling confidential information
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
