Job Summary
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles including Java developer, AEM Architect, and Salesforce engineer positions. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, then schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain the candidate database and track recruitment metrics while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Requires 1-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment with strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills. Must be based in Jaipur and open to working from office.
