Job Summary
Full lifecycle Talent Acquisition responsibilities for MagnaCosma’s manufacturing organization, including workforce planning, sourcing, candidate screening, onboarding, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain a robust candidate network, partner with HR and hiring managers to meet time-to-fill and diversity goals, represent the company at job fairs and with external agencies, and drive an employer-of-choice reputation while ensuring compliant hiring practices. Emphasis on manufacturing/production industry experience, sourcing efficiency, stakeholder communications, and data-driven recruiting metrics. Onsite role based in Birmingham, AL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or related field
- 1–3 years Human Resources experience
- Thorough understanding of hiring and staffing practices
- Professional HR or Talent Acquisition certifications preferred
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter or similar systems
Desired Qualifications
