Job Summary

HR Recruiter Intern coordinates staffing and recruiting processes in a healthcare-focused organization. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates via ATS/HRIS tools, conducting initial interviews, assisting with new hire paperwork, updating job descriptions, developing staffing strategies, screening resumes, and coordinating schedules to support staffing needs. Requires excellent communication, multitasking, confidentiality, and ability to work with labor regulations. Bilingual abilities are preferred (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole). Office-based role in Cherry Hill, NJ with a flexible schedule and a five-day workweek preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • At least a year of HR Recruiting or Staffing Coordination experience.
  • Current college student, or recent graduate.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in HRIS Software.
  • Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor H-1B or other employment visas at this time.
