Job Summary
HR Recruiter Intern role supporting staffing and recruiting for healthcare services; duties include coordinating recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates via ATS, conducting initial interviews, assisting with new hire paperwork, updating job descriptions, maintaining HR records, and collaborating with the Case Management Supervisor; requires strong communication, multitasking, organization, and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software; bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) and a flexible schedule with five days per week preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least a year of HR Recruiting or Staffing Coordination experience
- Current college student, or recent graduate
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in HRIS Software
- Must consent to and pass a formal background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (no H-1B sponsorship)
