Job Summary
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals while maintaining active pipelines for manufacturing, construction, and administrative roles. Review applications, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and communicate status updates throughout the recruiting process. Partner with leadership to craft offer letters, track open positions in the Recruitment Tracker, and prepare reporting updates. Maintain accurate records and confidentiality while identifying new sourcing channels for hard-to-fill positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or skilled trades preferred
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and online recruiting platforms
- Ability to work independently and effectively with hiring managers
- Professional, approachable, and responsive when working with candidates and employees
