Job Summary

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all business locations, including posting openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and extending employment offers. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records within the HRIS and ATS, conduct reference checks, and verify pre-employment requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Coordinate onboarding activities, including offer letters, documentation, and orientation, while responding to inquiries regarding hiring processes and general HR policies. Assist with employee record maintenance, processing separations, and supporting HR initiatives such as engagement and retention efforts. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles is preferred, along with knowledge of employment laws and proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online recruiting platforms
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate screening, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and hiring procedures, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, and other applicable federal and state employment regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online recruiting platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers, department leaders, and the Human Resources team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify recruiting challenges and recommend effective hiring solutions
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Professional Human Resources or Talent Acquisition certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, AIRS, or equivalent)
  • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience
