Job Summary

Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, direct hire, and contingent workforce positions by partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates, and coordinate interviews. Maintain accurate employee and candidate records, prepare onboarding documentation, and facilitate new hire orientation while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Support HR administration by managing benefits, leave requests, and preparing routine workforce reports. Work independently in a fast-paced motorsports manufacturing environment in Santa Clarita, CA, with an hourly rate of $30–$35 DOE.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Prior experience supporting HR administration, employee onboarding, and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting best practices
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas and levels within an organization
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR compliance initiatives
  • Knowledge of California employment laws and labor regulations
