Job Summary
HR (PXT) Operations Coordinator responsibilities include monitoring the PXT shared mailbox as the central intake for PXT requests; providing first-line engagement for PXT inquiries on policies, benefits, and payroll; escalate complex issues as needed. Handle employment verifications, unemployment claims, and monitor expenses; track and document team member cases to ensure timely follow-up; act as a backup for other PXT Solutions team members to minimize key person risk; support completion of I-9s for new hires; ensure background checks are completed with any flags communicated to Talent Acquisition prior to start date. Drive AI solutions and efficiencies within PXT; support compliance reviews and assist with preparation for internal/external audits. Project & Program Management: track delivery of PXT-led projects, maintain trackers and status updates to ensure deadlines; support follow-ups and action tracking from meetings; ongoing maintenance of the PXT intranet content to ensure compliance. PXT Operational Rhythm: coordinate and run PXT all-hands, offsites, and quarterly planning; partner with PXT leadership to build and monitor the team’s strategic roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in a corporate or professional atmosphere
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field (a huge plus)
- Internship focusing in HR operations
- Proven expertise in AI, programming, prompting, and workflow automation
- Experience with Workday (strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
