Job Summary
Drive the transformation of HR operations across Valeo Foods UK by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and employee experience. Simplify processes, embed best practice, strengthen governance, and help deliver sustainable improvements that support the future growth of the organisation. Create process documentation, SOPs, and service frameworks while influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using strong analytical skills and data to drive decisions. Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives to turn complex processes into seamless experiences. Join a 12-month fixed term contract to shape a more efficient, consistent, and employee-focused HR function.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within HR Shared Services, HR Operations or a similar HR environment
- A track record of leading process improvement, transformation or operational excellence initiatives
- Strong experience creating process documentation, SOPs and service frameworks
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions
- The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
