Job Summary
End-to-end HR program management for Rocket Now (Tokyo, Japan): lead HR-related projects and programs, collaborate with recruiting teams, business leaders, and HR stakeholders; drive HR process improvements and operational efficiency; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; support recruitment activities (pipeline management, interview coordination, candidate experience); track metrics and provide data-driven decisions and improvement recommendations; operate in a fast-paced environment with proactive ownership; business-level Japanese and English required.
