Job Summary
Coordinate the People & Talent workstream for Citizens' NEXT transformation by defining program objectives, managing governance cadences, and tracking milestones across business and HR teams. Facilitate workshops, branch visits, and cross-functional sessions to align stakeholders on roles, decisions, and delivery plans. Identify risks and dependencies early, prepare executive updates for steering committees, and ensure people-related impacts are understood before pilots or rollouts. Manage stakeholder engagement with HRBPs, consultants, and functional SMEs to clarify decision rights and surface alignment needs. Maintain current documentation, action trackers, and decision logs to keep the complex initiative organized and moving forward.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience providing program management expertise for complex, business-level projects or program portfolios in a large, matrixed organization
- Experience should include planning, organizing, controlling, and delivering multiple parallel work efforts
