Job Summary
On-site HR Program Coordinator embedded with a Las Vegas utility client for 12–24 months with potential conversion to permanent employment. You will manage 8–10 concurrent HR programs, maintain project tracking including dashboards, automated workflows, and status reporting; build and maintain RAID logs; prepare executive-facing materials and leadership dashboards; support development and launch of new HR initiatives; help establish program governance frameworks; map interdependencies and surface risks; coordinate sprint-style status meetings; and support training and onboarding of new project tools and processes. Preferred qualifications include Smartsheet, Power Automate, HRIS experience (Oracle HCM or similar), and experience in HR, consulting, utility, or regulated environments. This role requires on-site work in Las Vegas, NV during standard business hours with potential hybrid adjustments based on scope.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, HR operations, or a related field
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals: work breakdown structures, RAID logs, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and sprint/agile cadences
- Strong written communication skills; able to produce clean, concise materials for senior leadership independently
- Proficient in Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Outlook; Visio and Whiteboard a plus
- Must be able to work fully on-site in Las Vegas, NV
