Job Summary
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, HR policies, and lifecycle activities. Manage employment contracts, contractual changes, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Own and continuously improve key HR processes and systems, including Time & Attendance, absence management, and related Workday processes. Act as a key contact for compensation and benefits topics, partnering with global Centers of Excellence to support local implementation and employee guidance. Analyze HR processes to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of HR experience
- Ideally in a generalist HR or HR Operations role
- Passion for HR and a desire to drive improvements and deliver practical solutions
- Strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive way
- Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR topics
- Experience improving HR processes and working with HR systems and digital tools
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an international business environment
- Experience with Workday, particularly Time & Attendance and Absence Management
- Additional experience or interest in Employment Law, Compensation & Benefits, or Project Management
- Passion for continuous improvement and driving positive change
