HR Professional

Manage HR administration and support staff and managers on diverse HR issues while coordinating and developing Learning & Development initiatives. Signal improvement opportunities, contribute to organization development and digitalization projects, and research new HR technologies including AI solutions. Collaborate with HR Advisors and the HR Manager to build a modern HR department, improve processes, and drive innovation across administration, advisory, and project work. Work a 32-hour week with flexibility for two days at the Almelo location, reporting to a team of two HR Professionals, two Advisors, and one Manager.
