Job Summary
Director, HR Product Management role focusing on strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise HR products and digital solutions for DTCC’s global workforce. Lead portfolio planning across HR functional areas, develop core product artifacts and roadmaps, oversee end-to-end product delivery from discovery to post-launch support, and ensure governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Risk and Compliance. Manage third-party vendors and drive value-driven business cases, ROI, and benefits realization. Requires 8+ years in HR technology, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, knowledge of ATS/CRM and onboarding solutions, familiarity with AI/ML-enabled HR solutions, Appian, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential. Bachelor’s degree required; hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.}
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR technology, HR systems, or digital product management
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and supporting technologies
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale HR transformations or system implementations
