HR Process Lead

HR Process Lead at Kraft Heinz Lowville plant to own and improve key plant HR processes, driving leadership execution, workforce stability, compliance, and employee experience. Responsibilities include monitoring onboarding, attendance management, training completion, retention, and leadership compliance; identifying trends and gaps; driving accountability for timely completion of HR activities; building dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools; standardizing HR workflows for consistency and policy adherence; partnering with supervisors to strengthen attendance, onboarding, engagement, and compliance; supporting employee relations documentation and process discipline; administering select HR programs with emphasis on quality and outcomes; ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies; owning payroll administration processes for the plant; monitoring attendance trends and executing corrective actions; serving as a primary resource for HR questions and routine issues; and maintaining reporting tools to improve visibility and follow-through. The role requires Sanitation/QA/Safety adherence, including LOTO, and involves weekend/holiday work. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/business, 2 years HR experience, SAP/LIS experience preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.
