Job Summary
Lead HR process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement efforts by designing, documenting, and maintaining current-state and future-state processes. Facilitate process mapping workshops to align roles, responsibilities, risks, and opportunities, while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve HR services. Manage vendor governance by participating in evaluations, RFPs, implementations, and transitions; develop scorecards, monitor performance against service commitments, and lead designated vendor projects. Drive HR transformation, project redesign, and service delivery improvements by managing plans, milestones, stakeholders, and change adoption. Analyze process performance to create dashboards, reports, and executive insights that support decision-making.

- Experience leading process redesign, process mapping, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and drive organizational change.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience supporting Human Resources, Shared Services, or corporate operations.
- Experience with vendor governance, RFPs, implementations, or service delivery operations.
- Experience with Blueworks Live, Power BI, SAP, Visio, AI-enabled tools, and advanced Excel.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or related certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
