Job Summary
HR Plant Manager in a manufacturing context based in Comunanza (AP), Italy. The role involves driving core HR processes across the perimeter, including Talent Development, Organizational Design, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Well-being and Engagement, while engaging with unions, contractual obligations, and cross-functional teams. You will lead day-to-day operations for HR functions, collaborate with the Italy Market Team, Central HR Coe and HR Operations, advise business-line managers on People Management processes (Performance Management, Compensation Review, Engagement), and oversee streams such as Internal Communications, Recruitment, and Engagement projects. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of HR Business Partner/Manager experience in an industrial setting, proficiency in Italian and English, and strong knowledge of local labor law and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree studies in Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology, Specialization in HR Management or Management Engineering
- Having completed HR related courses would be considered a plus
- Proficient Italian & English
- 3+ years of experience as HR Business Partner / Manager role in a plant (industrial setting), preferably in an international context
- Good knowledge of local labor law / union relations
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
