Job Summary
Lead HR operations for two Spanish manufacturing sites, serving as the primary HR business partner to the Plant Manager and strategic advisor to local leadership. Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruiting, temporary labor, payroll, employee relations, and labor law compliance for approximately 550+ employees. Guide the local HR team, design the future-oriented HR agenda, and ensure alignment between regional strategy and local execution. Collaborate with the Works Council, oversee compensation and performance systems, and drive cross-functional projects on digitalization and leadership development. Based at the Clarios battery plant in Guardamar del Segura, this role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a university degree in HR or related fields, and experience in industrial production environments.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in HR, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid years of experience as HR Manager / HR Lead in an industrial production environment
- Advanced working knowledge of labor law and its practical application
- Proven track record in transformation or change processes, ideally involving cultural and/or structural change
- Experience working with Works Councils
- Fluency in Spanish and English language
- A strong leader with a cooperative mindset, bringing clarity, structure, and energy to the team
- Strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness
- Ability to think strategically while reliably managing operational HR processes
