Job Summary
Develop and execute workforce planning strategies for U.S. manufacturing operations, designing mid- to long-term HR systems aligned with global standards. Manage collaboration with external recruiting platforms and headhunting firms while overseeing visa issuance, renewal, and compliance for U.S. hires and expatriates. Coordinate HR communication with HQ in Korea and global subsidiaries, monitoring legal and policy changes related to immigration and labor compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree, bilingual Korean and English proficiency, and prior experience in HR planning within the U.S.
