Job Summary
Remote HR People Services Specialist II handles complex HR inquiries via case management, telephony, chat and appointment bookings; ensures timely service delivery and meets SLAs; provides policy guidance and advanced assistance on HR process navigation; acts as SME and partners with COEs; mentors and develops training content, supports onboarding; drives compliance with global policy and labor laws, conducts data audits, and contributes to process improvements and HR projects; collaborates with international teams and manages HR documentation while delivering a seamless employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field with at least a 2-year degree in HR or a related field, OR 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field with a High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience using HR systems and tools including Workday and ServiceNow
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a telephony or case management role
- Strong command of English language, both written and verbal
- Advanced issue resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
