Job Summary
HR People Partner who serves as an internal consultant to leaders, coaching on talent development, performance management, employee wellbeing, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and creating an exceptional employee experience. Partners with leaders to analyze data-driven trends using people analytics and business intelligence to inform talent-related decisions, develops and implements organization-wide HR solutions, coaches leaders through conflict resolution and change, and ensures compliance with employment legislation while continuously improving HR programs, tools, and processes to support healthier teams and organizational performance. Requires a bachelor’s degree and progressive HR experience in a complex environment; role involves hybrid work with a mix of in-office and remote days, and may require occasional outside-hours work and travel within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Progressively responsible related experience in a complex, unionized environment
- Knowledge of HR leading practices and applicable employment legislation
- Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels in a complex environment
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding programs
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze people analytics and business intelligence to drive decisions
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
