Job Summary
Conduct strategic HR data synthesis to influence business decisions and consolidate hiring targets and time-to-fill metrics for analytical insights. Guide employees and leaders on new self-service portals and AI-driven platforms while coaching users toward digital resources to reduce manual intervention. Refine operational playbooks and simplify processes to eliminate inefficiencies, acting as a catalyst for regional HR transformation across the Middle East and Africa. Serve as a strategic bridge to the Senior Regional HR People Partner, streamlining workflows and driving the function toward a scalable, data-driven model. Gain mentorship from HR leaders and exposure to modern HR technology within a global energy organization focused on decarbonization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience or focused academic coursework in HR, people analytics, or HR operations
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data to stakeholders
- Experience managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced or multi-country environment
