Job Summary
Payroll Specialist responsible for processing all payroll functions for the company, including weekly hourly, bi-weekly salary, and monthly expat payrolls; maintain employee data and payroll deductions; manage time reports, benefit enrollments, garnishments, and compliance tasks; prepare payroll-related reports and checks, respond to payroll inquiries, and support payroll-related audits. Requires payroll processing experience, familiarity with ADP, strong computer/communication skills, and bilingual Korean/English candidates preferred. Education includes a BS in accounting (preferred) and a HS diploma/GED. Located in Selma, AL (onsite role).
Required Qualifications
- Payroll Processing experience required.
- Familiar with ADP Payroll system preferred.
- Strong computer skills and communications skills required.
- Korean and English bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Education/Training: B.S. degree in accounting preferred, some college required; High School Diploma/GED
